I’ve been doing a lot of smoothies lately. I know most people put bananas in Most of their smoothies. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t. I couldn’t even tell you what determines if I use it not.
Bananas for me are an easy snack. A simple, quick “I want something sweet fix.”
For some reason, I had stopped liking bananas as much as I used to, I’d buy some and next thing I know they’d go bad because I didn’t eat them. Probably the quality of some farmers or something. They weren't very sweet.
Well, I’ve been eating pretty clean for a couple of weeks. Therefore, I have a bunch of bananas that have been sitting here several days.
I had a Very green smoothie this morning. Around about four, after running errands, I kinda wanted something sweet. I thought hmmm there sits a bunch of bananas.
I figured I better either freeze these bananas or eat some, before they rotten. I peeled one and they are sooooo huge. I couldn’t believe it.
On my errands I had bought some cinnamon. I sprinkled some on the banana, after I had already bitten into it once. It was soooo wonderful, just yummy.
I may do this to every banana I eat from now on. The banana definitely took care of the small sweet itch I had.
There are numerous claims of benefits for us about the banana. Too many to name. go google it. LOL....
I know putting cinnamon or sugar on bananas is nothing knew, but it’s NEW to me! I guess i'm excited because it was tasty and it is so simple. No cooking involved.
