I know this smoothie isn't the most beautiful green color, but the color is not as important as the ingredients. This smoothie is so tasty.
Have you ever tried a watermelon and spinach smoothie? You should, it's good.
I say smoothie, but the only thing I put in the blender is the inside of the watermelon and a couple of handfuls of spinach. No ice, no other liquids.
Watermelon by itself is very delicious. When I make that, I do it in a juicer, not a blender and it is sooooooooo good. I had a little watermelon left and it wasn't as sweet as it was at first, so instead of throwing it out, I made a smoothie.
Doesn't make sense to waste those good nutrients. Since I try to drink a green smoothie every morning, I added the spinach to it. It took less than a minute.
