This is a great post workout shake. In this shake you are getting some awesome protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, etc.
Don't worry about the sugars from the fruit because this is meant as a post-workout shake. Spiking your insulin briefly post workout encourages muscle growth.
For those non-workout shakes, do Not add sugar. I will be posting some other ways to make your morning shake incredible in the next few weeks.
2 scoops Protein powder (ours is only 44 cal)
1 cup seedless purple grapes
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup water
With 20g of protein, 10+gram of fiber, and 10+g of healthy fats, this shake gives your body the fuel it needs.
