Calories come in and must come out and one of those ways of burning them is to Keep It Moving!
Ok, now you may not want to hear this, but....There was a time I was a workout beast! Sorry....
I was extremely fit and it felt great! I completely enjoyed going to the gym to workout. Actually looked forward to it. I really did.
I've been through some things physically, suffice it to say, I still love to be fit, I just don't loooooove to workout like I used to, but I still love to keep it moving.
Not always, but many times even those who hate it can come to Love at least the feeling you get once done; it can become addictive. For some. LOL!
That may not be you, but it is a necessary evil to keeping the weight off.
You know what's great? It, keeping it moving, can be done in so many different ways.
I love to swing dance, it's sooo much fun. I burn so many calories. I sweat sooooo much. Not that I want to sweat like that, but that's how my body reacts.
When I'm dancing I'm not thinking of burning calories I'm just having a good time!
