_ START SMALL JUST START
When it comes to exercise, the most important thing you can do is taking that crucial first step. Similar to nutrition and supplementation, exercise is an area where even a small amount can have a profound effect on your health and weight loss in the long term.
I have a friend who is probably at least 300 lbs Overweight. She has always been over weight. I’d say she is in the morbidly obese range. Which means she can’t just go jogging or jump around in some class.
So I suggested she go in her back yard and walk around the edges for 10 minutes 3 times per day. Or walk to the corner at least 1 of those times. This would give her total of 30 minutes per day of exercise which is more than what she was currently doing.
The point was to get her started, no matter how small, even if it meant walking around for 5 minutes instead of 10.
Even if you are not that overweight, but just out of shape, no endurance etc. You can do the same thing, go walk for 10 minutes.
Doing nothing will keep you where you are. That is not where you want to be.
Whatever you do, start small, if you need to, but just make sure you start.
Remember, slow progress is still progress and each day you continue to exercise you will improve in some way.
