MY PERSONAL HEALTHIER LIVING WEIGHT LOSS STORY
Clothes can hide a lot. You see people you think, she's not overweight, what is she talking about?
On my above picture, I feel sexy and don't hate my body. Sure I could tone up my arms and you can't see it, but slim up my stomach area, but otherwise, no problems.
You'd find it difficult not to find someone who either does not want to lose weight, need some energy, or doesn't want to just feel better.
I wanted more energy.
Nothing has changed to lose weight, you still must eat less calories, make healthier choices, drink plenty of water and do some form of exercise. But we know most of us don't want to do those things. That's just reality.
When I first started this particular program, I didn't really have much weight to lose. Honestly, it was the business opportunity I was interested in and who all I knew i could help.
Of course you must be a product of the product and these products are not only about weight loss. They improve your health, tremendously.
At the time I was 46 and probably wore about a size 8-10, obviously Not considered fat, or overweight.
The first day I started I had so much natural energy. Not a jittery feeling, but just making it through the day with ease type of energy.
I am one of those people who is a night owl, yet I still wake up early, so many times, Iza extremely tired. :-) So the first day I was thrilled to not feel sleepiessssss all day.
I lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks! It was so easy. There is an eating guideline the first 8 days, but my silly self didn't read it, so I ate whatever. SMH at me.
After about day 10 or 11 I noticed the little booklet, which is the eating guideline. I was like OMG, I was suppose to eat a certain way! LOL! I lost weight and felt absolutely Phenomenal!!!
The inches I lost were stupid crazy! I don't know how many because i didn't measure, ugh!
About 3 months later I had to have my 3rd back surgery. I was laid up in the bed for 3 weeks. And you know what?!!! I was smaller than before the surgery and I was small.
I wasn't weighing because I wasn't trying to lose anymore weight, but I kept losing inches anyway. My body was balancing itself out, through the daily use of these products.
My mom came over maybe a month or so after my surgery. I had on some scrubs that were huge. She said you look so small. I said, duh they are huge. I hadn't weighed so I did and I weighed 149!!! What?! I'm not sure but I think I was 172lb-175lbs when I started, maybe 178lbs, I just can't remember.
I am 5'6 so I loved saying, I'm 5'6, 46 and wear a size 6. LOL! yes I had dropped several dress sizes. I didn't even need to be 149, about 155 or so is cool with me. Actually I look great at 160.
If I told you what I weight I Never look it, but clothes can hide a lot. I lost almost 30 lbs, that makes a huge difference on a persons body.
You may not be able to tell, but the pic of me in une 2012 with striped dressed is almost 30lbs less than the pic of me January 2014. I do not look bad, but that extra weight is too much for me, it weighs me down. Even if I only lost 15lbs, that would be great, for me..
I don't focus on the scale, I focus on how I feel.
Above pic was taken I think July or August 2011 about a month after starting products. I had lost 11 lbs. Again regardless of what I weighed, I never look like the scale.
I know I don't look bad in above pic, I only wanted to slim up some. You know, get rid of back fat. :-)

I am so glad I found a picture in the same dress of the top picture. This picture is from about May of 2012.
Okay, so i kept the weight off, albeit about 5-10 lbs that I needed to gain back, I felt I was looking a little skinny.
In 2013, though I started to become unwell. I spent a lot of time in the bed. I was dizzy most of the time, so I didn't feel like cooking therefore I ate whatever. I literally spent 24/7 in the bed for almost 3 months and the other months off and on in the bed.
Yuck, I know, but I am on the mend. Unfortunately I gained weight though. It just couldn't be helped, unless I had food cooked for me.
Below is a picture from December 2013. Of course I am not fat and out of shape or anything like that. But I have over 25 lbs on my body, I just carry weight well. However I do not feel as Healthy, Mentally, Emotionally, or Physically.
I was not really taking products during the time I was really sick, becaue i was taking too many prescriptions. The reason I gained the weight is because you have to move your body and eat well. I spent half the year in the bed, literally.
In the very bottom picture I have on the same jeans. They would never stay up always falling down, even with a belt! I'm not buying new ones. I think I was a little too thin on that pic. LOL!
I'm just going to start eating better, I have already started juicing. And get back to moving my body! Find something you love, I love to dance, it's my joy!

Back to basics. I lost weight by improved eating, my natural products were my helper. They help provide my body with nutrients it was missing. I danced a lot. That was my exercise.
It doesn't matter if one wants to lose, 10, 30, or 100 lbs or more. It is ALL important to that individual.
I had a male friend recently tell me you "looks as if you've gained about 10 lbs, please don't lose it." LOL! I've gained more than that, but I digress. There is always someone who thinks you look great. But do what you need to for you and your body image.
Join me as I work to lose 20 lbs and more importantly get back to eating healthy and toning my body. Toning and losing inches is so much more important to me than the scale.
I know how to get it done and get the weight off! Buying just "doing it!" Let's go!!!
